Public Information Officer
As Cherriots’ Public Information Officer, I develop clear, timely communications that help riders, community members, media, and stakeholders understand service changes, agency initiatives, partnerships, and emerging issues. I translate complex operational and public-sector information into accessible stories across press releases, media outreach, social content, executive communications, and public-facing materials.
